Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Satisfaction Refund
If you attend the workshop and are not satisfied, you can request a refund within 24 hours.
You will receive a 100% refund with no deductions.
2. Incomplete Service If the workshop or training is not fully delivered from our side, you will get a 100% refund.
3. Cancellation Before the Session
If you cancel at least 24 hours before the workshop starts, you will receive a full refund.
4. No Refund for No-Show
If you miss the session without informing us, no refund will be provided.
5. Digital Products
No refund is provided once digital materials (PDFs, videos, guides) are delivered.
6. Duplicate Payments
Any duplicate payment will be refunded after verification.
7. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
